Sonja Winther is the President of Chantelle Lingerie, Inc. (Chantelle USA), a subsidiary of the Chantelle Group, the world’s leading manufacturer of French lingerie. In addition to the U.S., Sonja also oversees the U.K. and Canada markets as a Zone Director, and serves on the Group’s Executive Committee, based in Paris, France. She has been President of Chantelle USA since 1999, Zone Director since 2005, and on the Executive Committee since 2010.
Under Sonja’s direction and vision, Chantelle has become one of the leading brands sold in Upscale Department and Specialty Stores in the U.S.
She began her career in Marketing in 1993 at L’OREAL, and later moved onto COACH Leatherware, where she held various Merchandising and Buying positions within both the International and Domestic Divisions. Kristen joined kate spade new york from Isaac Mizrahi where she oversaw the brand vision and creative process for more than eight years. She led a team of twenty-three across creative services, product design and merchandising. Prior to Isaac, Kristen was a freelance stylist working for Harper’s Bazaar, Teen Vogue, W and Vanity Fair. As a creative consultant, she worked with clients including the Gap and Madewell. Kristen began her career as an associate fashion editor at Condé Nast Sports for women and as a fashion editor at Nylon in its prototype stage.

Olga Pancenko is the COO and VP of Marketing at the French Luxury House PERRIN PARIS. Branding, communications and social media expert, Pancenko previously served on a strategy team at the renowned British agency Freuds. Olga has advised Fortune 500 companies on their communications strategy since the age of 25. Her top clients included companies such as Google, PepsiCo and BMW, among others. Olga Pancenko holds a Master's Degree from Paris Dauphine University and speaks seven languages.

Peter has spent over 30 years in the major appliance business working in various sales and marketing roles. Having been raised in his family’s retail appliance business, he then spent over 22 years at GE Appliances where he held positions in sales, marketing, product management and Six-Sigma. His background in quality is as a certified Six-Sigma Master Black Belt. The rigorous training in the Six-Sigma methodology has helped him by applying more formal processes and measurements to key areas in his sales and marketing roles, always with a focus on growth.
Peter’s various leadership assignments at GE Appliances took him to Syracuse, Boston, Cincinnati, Louisville and Stamford. His assignment in Louisville was as Director of Marketing for the dishwasher business. In this role, Peter worked with product management to develop new products and bring them to market utilizing a rigorous commercialization process. Before leaving GE Appliances in September 2017, Peter was the Senior Director, Northeast Region managing its largest P&L in the United States.
Peter joined Sub-Zero Group East as its president in October 2017. In this role, he oversees the sales, marketing and distribution functions for one of Sub-Zero Groups’ largest P&Ls. The role focuses on both the luxury retail and contract appliance channels in the Metro New York and New Jersey area. The portfolio of branded products include, Sub-Zero refrigeration, Wolf cooking, and the new Cove dishwasher brand.

Jennie Baik is an avid consumer technology and next generation retail strategist and currently serves as the CEO and Co-founder of Orchard Mile, a newly launched digital shopping experience that is the first and only fashion platform that allows women to shop the full assortment of their favorite contemporary and luxury brands’ sites, updated daily, in one place, with the ease of one checkout.
Previous to her role at Orchard Mile, Ms. Baik served as the Head of Strategy for Burberry Americas from September 2012 to July 2014, where she focused on creating powerful brand experiences to position the company for multi-national growth. She also served in various positions in her four years at Omnicom Group; including as Director of Strategy & Business Development from 2010-2012, where she was responsible for the development and execution of a strategy to harness the power of big data to create targeted marketing campaigns. While at Omnicom, Ms. Baik also led teams in architecting integrated marketing strategies, focusing on developing rich brand identities and communicating these stories both online and offline. Ms. Baik also spent time as a management consultant at Booz Allen & Co. as well as in leveraged finance at Goldman Sachs prior to graduating from business school.
Ms. Baik received her Masters degree from Harvard Business School in 2008 and also holds a BBA/BA in Business Honors and Plan II from the University of Texas at Austin. automotive industry. Currently, Warren serves as a Senior Manager, Media at

components behind all of the brand initiatives. Recent campaigns under his
direction include the brand’s 2018 Oscars, ESPYS, American Black Film Festival
and Amazon brand sponsorships. He has also managed key co-branded

In early 2012, Ashley Merrill glanced at herself in the mirror on her way to bed wearing her husband's oversized t-shirt and boxer briefs. She was suddenly aware of her careless sleepwear and how little her reflection resembled who she wanted to be. This realization sent her on a mission to find comfortable, flattering sleepwear but her only choices were uncomfortable, sexy lingerie or frumpy, traditional PJ's. The sleepwear options available didn’t match the woman Ashley wanted to be, an effortlessly cool, confident, and comfortable woman.
Ashley Merrill launched Lunya in 2014 with a clear conviction that women’s sleepwear was overdue for a fresh, modern perspective. She was a business leader with no clothing industry experience, but in October of 2012, she decided to take a leap and fulfill her longtime dream of becoming an entrepreneur.
Merrill founded Lunya after launching and managing online lifestyle destination Momtastic, for Evolve Media. From 2007-2010, Merrill was Director of Business Development for Atomic Online and prior to that an analyst with an LA based Venture Capital Company. She received her undergraduate and MBA degrees from UCLA. Ashley Merrill lives in Santa Monica with her husband Marc, her son Linken, and daughter Vesper.
Heather Kaminetsky founded Riley in March 2017 with a goal to shake up the bed & bath industry. In her role as founder and president, she oversees all aspects of Riley’s branding, marketing, operations, human resources, product development and global business strategy. Kaminetsky is also responsible for Riley’s charitable initiative, Blanket the City, a 5013c focused on giving back to the community in an impactful and creative way.
Prior to starting Riley, Kaminetsky managed global marketing at Net-a-Porter for nearly four years. There, Kaminetsky supervised all sales, marketing and communication functions worldwide for the e-commerce giant, and led the company’s multiplying sales growth quarter over quarter.
Before her time at Net-a-Porter, Kaminetsky worked as the Senior Vice President of Business Management at Borderfree, as well as Vice President of Marketing at Barneys New York. Thais Schaller is currently Executive Director, E-Commerce at Peter Thomas Roth Clinical Skin Care and June Jacobs Skin Care. Positive Luxury was founded in partnership with Karen Hanton MBE, founder of toptable.com. The two trailblazing entrepreneurs combined their experience and knowledge to use technology to demystify sustainability and positively communicate a brands’ action directly to the consumer.
Diana’s entrepreneurial spirit has driven innovations in the way that brands communicate on their commitment to social good and environmental responsibility, with companies seeing the true benefit of investing and incorporating responsible business practices into the companies’ DNA. This began with founding a sustainability communications consultancy, Clownfish, in 2002 which Diana built to international success, with a presence in 5 markets including China and USA at the time of exiting the business in 2008.
Diana is a globally recognized figure in the sustainability field, having been trained by Al Gore at the Alliance of Climate Change in 2007 and subsequently being honoured by the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader in 2011, also serving as a board member for the World Economic Forum Young Global Leader community. Diana is an advisor to the British Fashion Council, House of St Barnabas and the European Chapter of Conservation International.
In 2015 Diana was named as a Luxury Women to Watch in 2016 by Luxury Daily.

Franca Foligatti became Director of Sales and Marketing for NO KA 'OI in May 2015. She is responsible for overseeing the No Ka'Oi brand vision and the growth of its worldwide distribution through luxury retailers like Net-A-Porter, Carbon 38, Luisa via Roma, Le Bon Marche’ and KaDeWe Group. She works directly with owners Simona Finelli and Michele Galliano to develop sales and marketing strategies and coordinate business development globally.
Before 2015, she ran her own successful consulting company, providing development services to luxury lifestyle companies in fashion, art, wellness, and cosmetics looking to expand their businesses to overseas markets.
From 1998 to 2004 she served as President and CEO of the US subsidiary of Avon Celli, an Italian luxury knitwear company, increasing sales and distribution from three locations to over 60 specialty stores, including Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Barneys, Wilkes Bashford, Louis of Boston and Stanley Korshak. She positioned Avon Celli as the number one luxury brand, as recognized by the Robb Report, Departures Magazine, DNR Textile, Menswear, and others. In 2004, she was named one of the top ten influential people in the luxury men’s fashion industry by DNR Magazine.

Laura Kaplan is the President of Paul Andrew Design LLC. She served as Vice President of Merchandising and Sales in 2014 and became President in 2015. Previously, Ms. Kaplan was the GMM of North America for AllSaints and held merchant roles with Ralph Lauren, Bluefly.com and Gucci Group.

Wei Jiang serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Citcon, which is the mobile payment and commerce leader for merchants to reach and engage with over 1B Chinese consumers via Alipay, WeChat Pay and China Union Pay. Wei overseas the sales, marketing, product and business operations of the company. He has over 15+ years of product, marketing and sales experience in payment, technology and consumer goods industries. Prior to joining CITCON, Wei led consumer and commercial Prepaid product & innovation team at Visa. He also headed up Visa US marketing team for Debit, Prepaid, Commercial and Small Business products. Before Visa, Wei held leadership roles with global companies such as Terex, Whirlpool and P&G. Wei holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
