Jill Manoff

Jill Manoff is the editor-in-chief of Glossy, which explores the transformation of the fashion, luxury, beauty and retail industries through the lens of digital and technology. She oversees the editorial content and growth strategy of the media brand, launched in May 2016. 

Manoff joined Glossy from Mode Media, where she was the editor of starting in July 2015. Prior to that, she was the editor of searsStyle and head copywriter in Sears’ apparel division. She spent the start of her career in St. Louis as the fashion editor of Alive magazine, the fashion director and co-founder of Saint Louis Fashion Week, and a freelance fashion stylist, working for brands including Anheuser-Busch and Caleres.

Jeffery is the President of North America for Farfetch, the world’s largest luxury fashion marketplace, connecting over 700 boutique and brand partners with customers in more than 190 countries globally. Founded in 2008 with the vision of transforming the way people shop for fashion, Farfetch has quickly established a strong and dynamic global business with North America as its largest volume region. As head of that region, Jeffery works with a diverse and talented team across offices in NYC and LA to continue to build awareness of the Farfetch brand, amaze customers with seamless and personalized service and grow collaborative market share with boutique and brand partners.  

While with Farfetch in 2017, Jeffery was elected to the Board of Directors of the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) Couture Council, and was also selected by the editors of Women’s Wear Daily as one of the “40 Under 40” executives impacting the global fashion industry in their inaugural list of honorees.

Prior to joining Farfetch, Jeffery developed his career in the luxury goods sector with leadership roles at LVMH (Louis Vuitton & TAG Heuer), Richemont (Cartier) and Tesla. Before that, Jeffery spent two years as a management consultant with Bain & Company after earning his BA degree in English and American Literature & Languages from Harvard University and an MBA from INSEAD.

Sonja Winther

Sonja Winther is the President of Chantelle Lingerie, Inc. (Chantelle USA), a subsidiary of the Chantelle Group, the world’s leading manufacturer of French lingerie. In addition to the U.S., Sonja also oversees the U.K. and Canada markets as a Zone Director, and serves on the Group’s Executive Committee, based in Paris, France.  She has been President of Chantelle USA since 1999, Zone Director since 2005, and on the Executive Committee since 2010.

Under Sonja’s direction and vision, Chantelle has become one of the leading brands sold in Upscale Department and Specialty Stores in the U.S. 

She began her career in Marketing in 1993 at L’OREAL, and later moved onto COACH Leatherware, where she held various Merchandising and Buying positions within both the International and Domestic Divisions. In 1997, she was hired by WARNACO, Inc., where she was a Director of Sales and Marketing for CALVIN KLEIN Men’s Accessories, while overseeing the growing Travel Retail business for Calvin Klein Women’s and Men’s Underwear. 

She holds a B.A. from the University of Illinois – Urbana-Champaign and an M.B.A from the University of South Carolina, (MIBS - International Business School).

Sonja is originally from Chicago, Illinois, and resides in New York City with her husband and two children.

Kristen Naiman is Senior Vice President of Brand Creative for kate spade new york.  She joined the company in July 2014 and is responsible for all creative marketing efforts. 

Kristen joined kate spade new york from Isaac Mizrahi where she oversaw the brand vision and creative process for more than eight years. She led a team of twenty-three across creative services, product design and merchandising. Prior to Isaac, Kristen was a freelance stylist working for Harper’s Bazaar, Teen Vogue, W and Vanity Fair.  As a creative consultant, she worked with clients including the Gap and Madewell. Kristen began her career as an associate fashion editor at Condé Nast Sports for women and as a fashion editor at Nylon in its prototype stage.

Jenny received her MBA from Columbia University and currently resides in Santa Monica, California, where she spends her free time on the beach with her boxer puppy Lani.

Prior to XOJET, Mr. Henderson served as President & Chief Executive Officer – Americas for the Ferretti Group, a leading vertically-integrated yacht manufacturer. At Ferretti Group, he was responsible for overseeing brand building, client development, sales, service and pre-owned brokerage operations throughout North and Latin America. Olga Pancenko is the COO and VP of Marketing at the French Luxury House PERRIN PARIS. Branding, communications and social media expert, Pancenko previously served on a strategy team at the renowned British agency Freuds. Olga has advised Fortune 500 companies on their communications strategy since the age of 25. Her top clients included companies such as Google, PepsiCo and BMW, among others. Olga Pancenko holds a Master's Degree from Paris Dauphine University and speaks seven languages.

Peter Furfaro

Peter has spent over 30 years in the major appliance business working in various sales and marketing roles. Having been raised in his family’s retail appliance business, he then spent over 22 years at GE Appliances where he held positions in sales, marketing, product management and Six-Sigma. His background in quality is as a certified Six-Sigma Master Black Belt. The rigorous training in the Six-Sigma methodology has helped him by applying more formal processes and measurements to key areas in his sales and marketing roles, always with a focus on growth.

Peter’s various leadership assignments at GE Appliances took him to Syracuse, Boston, Cincinnati, Louisville and Stamford.  His assignment in Louisville was as Director of Marketing for the dishwasher business. In this role, Peter worked with product management to develop new products and bring them to market utilizing a rigorous commercialization process. Before leaving GE Appliances in September 2017, Peter was the Senior Director, Northeast Region managing its largest P&L in the United States. 

Peter joined Sub-Zero Group East as its president in October 2017.  In this role, he oversees the sales, marketing and distribution functions for one of Sub-Zero Groups’ largest P&Ls.  The role focuses on both the luxury retail and contract appliance channels in the Metro New York and New Jersey area.  The portfolio of branded products include, Sub-Zero refrigeration, Wolf cooking, and the new Cove dishwasher brand.

Previous to her role at Orchard Mile, Ms. Baik served as the Head of Strategy for Burberry Americas from September 2012 to July 2014, where she focused on creating powerful brand experiences to position the company for multi-national growth. She also served in various positions in her four years at Omnicom Group; including as Director of Strategy & Business Development from 2010-2012, where she was responsible for the development and execution of a strategy to harness the power of big data to create targeted marketing campaigns.  While at Omnicom, Ms. Baik also led teams in architecting integrated marketing strategies, focusing on developing rich brand identities and communicating these stories both online and offline.  Ms. Baik also spent time as a management consultant at Booz Allen & Co. as well as in leveraged finance at Goldman Sachs prior to graduating from business school. 

Ms. Baik received her Masters degree from Harvard Business School in 2008 and also holds a BBA/BA in Business Honors and Plan II from the University of Texas at Austin.   She is a frequent notable speaker at the annual Harvard Business School’s annual Dynamic Women in Business and the Retail and Luxury Goods conference, as well as the Luxury Marketing Council’s events in the New York area.

Christopher joined Opus One in July of 2013 as Vice President of Communications and Guest Relations with responsibility for all communications, hospitality and events at the winery. In keeping with the Founders’ desire for absolute wine quality, he believes that the customer’s experience at the winery is also a reflection on the wine; therefore, no detail should be missed. Prior to Opus One, Christopher was the Estate Director for Flowers Vineyard and Winery, a notable producer of estate Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, where he was responsible for the winery’s domestic and international sales and marketing. Previously, he spent five years working as the Brand Director for Robert Mondavi Winery in Oakville, managing the Napa Valley and Reserve labels. Christopher’s connection to Robert Mondavi’s legacy gave rise to his own passion for fine Cabernet Sauvignon and a shared conviction that the wines of Napa Valley belong in the company of the world’s finest. Christopher holds a BA in French from the University of Virginia, as well as an International MBA from the University of South Carolina. He resides in the city of Napa.

Ray Warren is a seasoned marketing professional with more than 20 years of strategic, analytic and 360-marketing experience in the automotive industry. Currently, Warren serves as a Senior Manager, Media at Cadillac, where he spearheads the strategic development and paid media components behind all of the brand initiatives. Recent campaigns under his direction include the brand’s 2018 Oscars, ESPYS, American Black Film Festival and Amazon brand sponsorships.  He has also managed key co-branded integrations at the 2017 Video Music Awards and Art Basel. This past January, Warren received the 2018 Multicultural Marketing Award at the Multicultural Media Luncheon hosted by The Ajamu Group during the 2018 Detroit Auto Show.

Prior to joining Cadillac in 2015, Warren served as Digital & Social Media Manager at Jaguar Land Rover, as well as held several positions in the areas of logistics, warranty, audit and marketing. Award-winning campaigns under his direction included Jaguar’s inaugural Super Bowl Campaign, "British Villains, " “#GoodToBeBad," "#EveryVillainNeeds" and the Art of Performance Tour concept.

Arun Gupta

Arun Gupta is co-founder and CEO of Grailed, the global community-driven resale marketplace for curated men’s designer, streetwear, and contemporary fashion. In 2009, as a 19-year-old entrepreneur, Arun raised raised $1M in funding for his venture and participated in the renowned Silicon Valley-based startup accelerator, Y-Combinator. For over 15 years, Amanda Willinger has lent her exacting eye and creative vision to almost every facet of the global luxury business. She began her career in the fine art world, where for esteemed companies such as Sotheby’s and Philips, De Pury and Luxembourg she oversaw all content creation and marketing, and maximized brand visibility through public relations, events and e-commerce. She then pivoted to luxury retail at such global brands as Tumi, David Yurman and Ippolita, where she oversaw all creative direction across multiple facets, including photo shoots, global advertising and international points of sale. As brands began to shift their focus and find new opportunities online, Ms. Willinger evolved her expertise to include e-commerce, digital marketing and sales strategies.

Ms. Willinger is currently the vice president of digital and e-commerce at LAGOS fine jewelry. She oversees all e-commerce, digital marketing, social media, crm, technology & innovation for the brand’s e-business. In 2016, she oversaw a complete site re-platform & redesign, which resulted in triple digit revenue growth. Ms. Willinger is based in New York.

Before joining Robert Graham, Mr. Berg held the position of Senior Vice President of Menswear at Theory, where he led the global Theory Men’s organization to significant sales and profit growth across the wholesale, retail, e-commerce and international channels. Karina completed her undergraduate studies at George Washington University in Washington, DC where she majored in International Affairs and Economics. After graduation, Karina began her career with The Related Group, South Florida's prominent real estate developer credited for redefining Miami's skylines since 1994. Her responsibilities there included the development of marketing plans for the launch of the renowned condominium, Icon Brickell by Philippe Starck and resulted in the sale of several hundred units. Karina's success then led her to the field of hospitality as she joined the opening team of the Viceroy Hotel in Miami. The opening in Miami was the first east coast project for boutique hotel owners, The Viceroy Hotel Group. Karina then ventured into the financial field and continued her communications and marketing career with Bayview Asset Management, a mortgage investment firm headquartered in Coral Gables, FL. Karina also holds an MBA in International Business with a specialization in International Marketing from the University of Miami where she graduated with Academic Excellence and top 5 in her class. 

Sophie Kahn

Founded in 2015 by Sophie Kahn and Bouchra Ezzahraoui, AUrate is disrupting the traditional fine jewelry model by offering modern, essential pieces made from ethically-sourced high-quality materials at an accessible price point.  Sophie and Bouchra met at Princeton and then went on to careers at Marc Jacobs and Goldman Sachs respectively. One day they were at brunch lamenting how there were no fine jewelry brands that were doing modern design at an accessible price point. And that's where the idea for AUrate was born! They started the brand as a side hustle while still at Marc and Goldman, took classes at Parsons and then made the jump to full-time in 2017. Their dedication has made AUrate the first successful DTC omnichannel fine jewelry brand!

Ashley Merrill

In early 2012, Ashley Merrill glanced at herself in the mirror on her way to bed wearing her husband's oversized t-shirt and boxer briefs. She was suddenly aware of her careless sleepwear and how little her reflection resembled who she wanted to be. This realization sent her on a mission to find comfortable, flattering sleepwear but her only choices were uncomfortable, sexy lingerie or frumpy, traditional PJ's. The sleepwear options available didn’t match the woman Ashley wanted to be, an effortlessly cool, confident, and comfortable woman.


Ashley Merrill launched Lunya in 2014 with a clear conviction that women’s sleepwear was overdue for a fresh, modern perspective. She was a business leader with no clothing industry experience, but in October of 2012, she decided to take a leap and fulfill her longtime dream of becoming an entrepreneur.


Merrill founded Lunya after launching and managing online lifestyle destination Momtastic, for Evolve Media.  From 2007-2010, Merrill was Director of Business Development for Atomic Online and prior to that an analyst with an LA based Venture Capital Company. She received her undergraduate and MBA degrees from UCLA. Ashley Merrill lives in Santa Monica with her husband Marc, her son Linken, and daughter Vesper.

Heather Kaminetsky founded Riley in March 2017 with a goal to shake up the bed & bath industry. In her role as founder and president, she oversees all aspects of Riley’s branding, marketing, operations, human resources, product development and global business strategy. Kaminetsky is also responsible for Riley’s charitable initiative, Blanket the City, a 5013c focused on giving back to the community in an impactful and creative way. 

Prior to starting Riley, Kaminetsky managed global marketing at Net-a-Porter for nearly four years. There, Kaminetsky supervised all sales, marketing and communication functions worldwide for the e-commerce giant, and led the company’s multiplying sales growth quarter over quarter. 

Before her time at Net-a-Porter, Kaminetsky worked as the Senior Vice President of Business Management at Borderfree, as well as Vice President of Marketing at Barneys New York. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University in New York City. She resides in New Jersey with her husband and three children.
